Publish clear travel services on the YASTRAV marketplace

Turn selected company catalogue records into useful public listings while keeping internal business information private.

Choose what should be public

Not every catalogue record belongs on a marketplace. Select services your company is ready to discuss and fulfill. Keep internal-only records private. Review who has publishing permissions before assigning that task.

Write for the buyer

Use a specific title, accurate location, service type and a description that explains inclusions. Describe the price basis and currency. For packages, explain itinerary and exclusions; for hotels, explain stay and occupancy; for transport, explain the route and vehicle arrangement.

Use honest imagery and claims

Only upload images you can lawfully use and that represent the offer. Avoid invented reviews, guaranteed visa approvals or unverifiable claims. Give travelers enough information to ask a meaningful question rather than filling the listing with unrelated keywords.

Protect private information

Do not publish supplier buying prices, staff notes, customer contact lists or passport details. Preview the customer-facing listing before publication. Catalogue storage and public visibility are different responsibilities.

Keep enquiries and availability current

Review your company enquiry inbox, assign follow-up and pause offers that are unavailable. An enquiry is not a booking confirmation. Agree price and conditions before moving into a booking workflow. Marketplace Free is the initial no-cost listing-only option; paid ERP plans add the wider operational workspace.

Put the workflow into practice.
